I tried the URL https://<IP Address>/vcops-custom/ but no luck. I got the same 404 error.I can able to login through https://<IP Address> but there is no option to register the vcenter server.

I didn't find any clue from the Logs files.
yep, all the services are running.
I tried to validate my installation but there is no option like FULL but I have only Basic or Advanced.
