No difference and no connectivity between vm1 and vm2.

I run the lab it in a nested environment. Esxi 5.5 (latest build) in Esxi 5.5...

Edit:

I got it to work with a "Direct connection", to my  own private network. But I wanted to have the network isolated from everything. Look at the attached image below; "Ex" works fine. But Why does not "Labbet" work? ( When its connected ;-) )
