My doubt was correct. You must select the vmnet 8 and uncheck the "use local dhcp service to distribute ip address to vm. Once you unchecked it it will pic your dhcp pool ip automatically.

As i know Debian 8 comes with the open vm tools. Which can be the reason for the graphic problem. You must uninstall the Open vmtools from it and install the vmware tools and see if still problem ocurrs.
