Do you mean you'd like to add different VLANs to the same vSwitch or you'd like your VMs to be able to communicate on multiple VLANs?
This is likely to depend heavily on how the physical switch connected to vmnic0 is configured, whether the port is set up as access or trunk so if you could list this config that would be helpful in providing a solution.
