I am new to a K12 school system and have never managed a VDI environment. We have a few "Desktops" configured in the VMware Horizon View environment and have 2 questions:
1. For the Staff/Teacher desktop I would like to know how to add a printer to their desktops they receive.
2. For the student/lab computers how do I install new software, mainly the state required secure browsers that are new for the 2015/2016 school year.
Again I am completely new to this and have Zero experience with this technology. I have to install new software on the Student Desktop environment in the next 10 days. Thanks in advance!
