I have 2 sites - PR & DR (connected via L2L VPN) with replication appliances deployed and configured and both ends.
In PR, when I try to add the DR site, I get the following: Cannot connect to the specified site. The site might not be available on the network or a network configuration problem might exist. Check your connection details and try again.
In DR, if I try to add the PR site, I get the following: Unexpected status code 400
I can ping everything from everywhere, by IP or FQDN. However, in /opt/vmware/hms/logs/hms.log on the VSR appliance in the PR site, I see the following errors from hms.remote.sitemanager: Ping for server <IP of remote VSR>:8043 failed: com.vmware.vim.vmomi.client.exception.SslException: com.vmware.vim.vmomi.core.exception.CertificateValidationException: Server certificate chain not verified
Does anyone have any insight into how I resolve this?
