Trying to use a separate dhcp server from the one provided natively in Fusion Pro

Does anyone know what I need to do in order to use a separate VM in fusion to serve DHCP rather than the native DHCP function that comes with Fusion Pro?

For example, I am running Infoblox on a VM provisioned in my Fusion Pro environment and that's what I want to use to service DHCP request from other VM's I provision in the same Fusion environment on my Mac.

I created 3 custom networks and have disabled the DHCP option on them all. I then provisioned an infoblox appliance, configured the same networks there along with the ranges and assigned the Infoblox VM to one of my three networks in Fusion. I can ping any vm from any of the three networks.

Is this even supported, and if so, what else do I need to do to expect this to work?
