The only way to make sure Persona replicates the profile successfully is by looking at the log file. Up to now Persona doesn't have a console to remind administrator if something happened in profile replication.
Please attach your persona logs after user logged off. I can quick scan the logs and hopefully can find something wrong. If not, you may have to open support ticket.
