Location of extension.xml for vShield (NSX) plugin in vCenter 5.5 for Windows

I need to update the IP address of the NSX manager in the extension.xml file for the NSX Security plugin for vCenter 5.5 for Windows.

According to the documents,  it should be located at C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VirtualCenter Server\extensions\com.vmware.vShieldmanager.  The extension.xml file is not there.

Using the MOB for vCenter,  I can see that the plugin is registered.

Is the extension file located somewhere else ?

Is there another way to edit it ?
