Installing the released version of WS 11 did survive the reboot! So either the drivers for the TP have to be signed to MS satisfaction or
I'll install TP over WS 11. While that would be a final test I sure wish VMware (Darius for example) could try install TP on Windows Server 2016 and reboot and see if they same problem occurs. It' a matter of 15 minutes to remove the TP drivers, reboot and uninstall TP and reinstall WS 11 but its a PITA
