unable to find tasks for specific permissions in VC roles

Hi All,

I have couple of questions

First >>>> We have a requirement where in we need to provide snapshot consolidate option permission to the backup team on all the VM's on VC.

I created a new role and checked for snapshot consolidation but couldn't find it.

Can you please assist me on how do I create a role with snapshot consolidation permission only?

Second >>> I want to designate another permission to them in which they can only remove the HDD from the VM and DONOT have option to delete it from disk.

The permission available in the roles enables both the options for HDD removal from VM and delete from disk.

I am looking for the first option and somehow if I can disable the option to delete from disk.

Any suggestion on how can I get these specific permissions
