VMRC Browser Plugin preferences (preferences.ini or config.ini)

I'm looking at the VMRC Browser Plugin for a project. Have been playing around with the browser plugin and have been pretty successful in using the sdk thus far. I do have some questions though. When the plugin launches and connects to a virtual machine, there is this little overlay window at the top where the user can pin it down, minimize, etc (see attached image). I was hoping there was a way to disable that or hide it in some way. I have used the VMPlayer in the past and there are preferences you can set in the preferences.ini file that do exactly that (see this link to some of the preferences). I was hoping there was some way to do the same with the browser plugin. I have looked through the log files generated by the plugin ( listed in the "Accessing log files" section of this PDF) and see several mentions about attempting to read settings from config.ini and preferences.ini.

I had looked around on the internet and the vmware forums but have found no mention of any of the options that can be used in these ini files. I had also tried using some of the same settings that I had used previously in the VMPlayer preferences.ini file with no luck. Has anyone had any luck finding any preferences for any of these ini files?
