Sorry to hear that. As for now I recommend to open an urgent case with support if you need quick resolution. Until then I have just some recommendation and question:
- It is not clear what is affected, but I assume you don't have any management connection right now, am I right?
- What was the error what you made to reboot the host? Maybe it is related....
- Is it possible to share with us the "boot.gz" file from the /var/log directory?
- Try a cold reboot, like power off the host, remove power cable, leave there for around 5 mins., then power back on.
