Re: Files and Folders created in the root of C: are deleted after reboot on machines with AppStacks attached.

This is actually expected behavior as the OS is essentially being virtualized when an AppStack is attached. All changes being made to the OS are being stored in a system folder called  SVROOT on the system volume (C:). This folder only becomes "visible" when an AppStack is attached and therefore virtualization is enabled.
