Hi,

It seems you don't install the svga driver on your guest. can you update the tools to 2304977. which is the bundle tools with player7(build:2305329). driver version is 12.1.5.0.

If it still have problems after you install the tools, please upload your vmware.log, installer.log. I will report it to the developer.

Btw, I attached the screenshot from my winxp guest.
