VMWARE-VMINFO-MIB is not working on some servers.

Hello,

We have 20 identical VMware servers running ESXi 5.5.0 build 1623387 on Dell R720 hardware. I've added all of them to Observium the other day, but realized that 9 out of 20 do not display any VM information. Upon further investigation, it appeared that VMWARE-VMINFO-MIB is failing on them and returns "No Such Object available on this agent at this OID"

Output for a host that does not provide needed info:

/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -c *** -OQUs -m +VMWARE-ROOT-MIB:VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/vmware 'udp':'HOST1':'161' VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB::vmwProdName.0 VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB::vmwProdVersion.0 VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB::vmwProdBuild.0

vmwProdName.0 = VMware ESXi

vmwProdVersion.0 = 5.5.0

vmwProdBuild.0 = 1623387

/usr/bin/snmpbulkwalk -v2c -c *** -OQUs -m VMWARE-VMINFO-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/vmware 'udp':'HOST1':'161' vmwVmTable

vmwVmTable = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

Here is output of a host that works:

/usr/bin/snmpget -v2c -c *** -OQUs -m +VMWARE-ROOT-MIB:VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB -M /opt/observium/mibs/rfc:/opt/observium/mibs/net-snmp:/opt/observium/mibs/vmware 'udp':'HOST2':'161' VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB::vmwProdName.0 VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB::vmwProdVersion.0 VMWARE-SYSTEM-MIB::vmwProdBuild.0

Any idea on how I can fix the 9 broken hosts?

Thanks,
