You could make one uplink active on a port group.

To be more specific, what you could do is create port groups like the following:
Red_hat virtual_machine (SIT) 172.x.x.x => SIT_Portgroup with uplink1 active and rest to standby or unused
Red_hat virtual_machine (UAT) 10.x.x.x => UAT_Portgroup with uplink2 active and rest to standby or unused
Red_hat virtual_machine (DB) 192.x.x.x => DB_Portgroup with uplink3 active and rest to standby or unused
Not sure how back-end switch interface is configured, but I believe this would give you a fair idea.
