If one is going to provide a Service via Virtual Machine the one should assign a static IP address from within the Guest OS! 
Just assign an address that is outside the scope of the IP Address Pool (net.3–net.127 on NAT). Have a look at: DHCP Conventions for Assigning IP Addresses in Host-Only and NAT Networks
