Personally I've not used Moka5 so I can't say absolutely one way or the other however from what I've read at Moka5's website I'd saw noting that would stop me from installing it on the same system I have VMware Fusion installed. I have VMware Fusion, Paralles Desktop and Virtual Box all installed on the same system and as they are all Type 2 Hypervisors I don't see were adding another like Moka5 would hurt. I would only run one of the Hypervisors at at time though!
