I'm curious about this as well... it's pretty unusable. What were the other drivers mentioned?
I also took the step of setting the OS to 10.10 in the VM settings, giving it 4GB of RAM, and enabling graphics acceleration. When turning on acceleration there was a prompt saying that it wasn't supported. So that's probably the problem.
