I noticed in your Tags you have "fusion_2.0.2, player_3.0.1" and while the two are compatible without doing anything special nonetheless VMware Fusion 2.x is not supported on OS X Mavericks and may not even run. Anyway, generally speaking, as long as the virtual machine hardware versions are compatible you can simply copy the VM from one platform to the other. Obviously a PC can have hardware that doesn't exist on an Intel-based Mac that if configured in the VM on the PC will need to be reconfigured on the Intel-based Mac. E.G. Pointing to a physical Floppy Disk or Serial Port, etc.
If the virtual machine hardware versions are not compatible then where applicable downgrade the hardware version through the UI or use VMware vCenter Converter as needed.
BTW Virtual Machines created under VMware Fusion are Packaged although this is not explicitly necessary when copying a VM from a PC to an Intel-based Mac however one can add the .vmwarevm extension to the folder that contains the files that comprise the Virtual Machine to turn it into a Virtual Machine Package.
